The core elements of SnowOps Intelligence ("Lite Edition") are provided under an open-source MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, subject to the conditions of the MIT License as provided in the repository.
Access to the Pro Edition, which includes specific features such as the Cortex AI Analyst, Agent Builder, Cost Guardian, and AI/BI Dashboard Builder, requires an Enterprise agreement. The codebase for the Pro Edition is housed in a private repository and may not be redistributed without explicit written consent from DevBySatyam / Anktechsol.
While SnowOps Intelligence is designed to monitor and optimize your Snowflake costs and queries, we are not liable for any incurred costs, damages, or billing events that occur within your Snowflake account. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be explicitly communicated via our official GitHub repositories.
