SnowOps Intelligence is inherently designed to respect your privacy by operating natively inside your own Snowflake account. The application code executes via Streamlit in Snowflake (SiS). Your data, including cost logs, query histories, schemas, and PII, is queried, processed, and maintained entirely within your own data platform. We do not host or have access to any of your underlying data or metadata.
To improve the application and understand usage patterns, SnowOps Intelligence utilizes an opt-in anonymous telemetry system powered by PostHog. This system requires you to manually execute the `setup_posthog.sql` script to create an external access integration.
If enabled, this telemetry captures anonymous, non-sensitive usage signals such as: feature toggles, page views, and error stacks. It never captures query text, table names, user identities, or actual data values.
If you submit your email via the Formspree integration on our landing page (`https://snowops.anktechsol.com`), your submitted email address and message will be collected by our team to provide early access configuration and enterprise support. We will never sell your information to third parties.
The Pro Edition connects to Snowflake Cortex AI. Interactions with Cortex AI are governed by your own Snowflake contract and data privacy terms.
